PREMISES HAS A HIGH TEMPERATURE DISHMACHINE TO WASH DISHES. MUST REPAIR THE SINK SO THAT IT DRAINS PROPERLY. FAX REINSPECTION LETTER TO (312) 746-4240. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
