Dry storage area items stored on floor. Must store items 6inches or higher from floor for proper cleaning. Outside of reach in coolers in cafeteria not clean. Must clean outside reach in units.

Staff restroom on 3rd floor cold water faucets in disrepair and nonfunctional. Room 108 hot water knob is non functional. Must repair and maintain.
