INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: 6-202.15 OBSERVED A 1/2 INCH GAP AT THE BOTTOM OF BOTH OF THE DOORS LOCATED AT DOOR #2, WHICH IS NEAR THE CAFETERIA. INSTRUCTED TO MAKE SAID DOORS TIGHT FITTING AND RODENT PROOFED.

NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN - Comments: 4-601.11(C) OBSERVED EXCESSIVE DUST DEBRIS IN THE BASIN OF THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK AND UNDER THE COUNTER WHERE THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK IS LOCATED. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE.
