TWO WHOLE CHICKENS WERE FOUND AT 48.9F IN THE WALK-IN COOLER. 4 BOXES OF 15 DOZEN OF EGGS AND 33 EGGS WERE FOUND SITTING ON THE FLOOR IN THE STAIRWAY AREA AT ROOM TEMPERATURE AT AN IMPROPER TEMPERATURE OF 58.1F-60F.MANAGER DISCARDED ALL AFFECTED PRODUCT. MUST HAVE COLD HOLDING FOODS AT 41.0F OR BELOW AT ALL TIMES. APPROXIMATELY 100LBS AT $200 DISCARDED. PRIORITY 7-38-005, CITATION ISSUED
