NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: THERE ARE OVER 40 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE PRE SCHOOL CLASSROOMS, TEACHERS LOUNGE, MAIN OFFICE AND BASEMENT STAIR TOP LANDING WHICH HAS A HOLE IN THE BASEBOARD. CLEAN UP AND SANITIZE ALL ABOVE AREAS AND FILL IN ANY GAPS AND OPENINGS WHERE MICE CAN HARBOR. THE WEST FRONT MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR HAS A 1/4" GAP AT THE BOTTOM, REPLACE THE SWEEP SO IT SEALS TIGHT.
