FAUCETS IN LISTED AREAS CEASE WATER FLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER FAUCET ACTIVATION. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE HANDWASHING FAUCETS IN LISTED AREAS TO PROVIDE FLOW OF WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS UPON ACTIVATING THE FAUCET AND MAINTAIN.
