THE LIVE ROACH WAS OBSERVED ON THE DISHWASHING MACHINE. THE MICE DROPPINGS WERE FOUND ALONG THE FLOORS AND CREVICES IN THE DRY STORAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE SMALL FLY AND LIVE ROACH ACTIVITY.
