THE MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED ON THE FLOORS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: SURROUNDING THE FLOOR UNDER THE PLASTIC AND METAL SHELVING UNIT NEAR HIGH TEMPERATURE DISHWASHING MACHINE, UNDER THE FOOD PREP TABLE NEXT TO THE MICROWAVE STORED IN THE FOOD PREP AREA, SURROUNDING THE ICE MACHINE IN THE FOOD PREP AREA, THE EXIT DOORS OF THE FOOD PREP AREA GOING INTO THE MAIN DINING ROOM, IN THE TOILET ROOM IN THE MAIN DINING AREA, BEHIND THE VENDING MACHINES IN THE MAIN DINING AREA, IN THE MEN LOCKER ROOM. THE FOLLOWING SURFACES WERE OBSERVED WITH MICE DROPPINGS: ON THE METAL AND PLASTIC DISH RACKS WITH CLEAN DISHWARE INSIDE THE SHELVING UNITS. SMALL FLY ACTIVITY WAS OBSERVED NEAR THE CART WITH THE NON-SLIP MATS STORED NEAR THE HIGH TEMPERATURE DISHWASHING MACHINE. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS AND ELIMINATE SMALL FLY ACTIVITY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND CONTACTING PEST CONTROL. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
