All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage.NEED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE SLICER, #10 CAN OPENER, AND INTERIOR OF 2 DOOR OVEN.

FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED - Comments: The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair.NEED TO CLEAN FLOOR DRAIN UNDER DISH MACHINE. CLEAN FLOOR UNDER AND AROUND OVENS/ COOKING AREA.

WALLS, CEILINGS, ATTACHED EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTED PER CODE: GOOD REPAIR, SURFACES CLEAN AND DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS - Comments: The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily NEED TO CLEAN AND OR REMOVE DIRTY CEILING TILES AROUND CEILING VENTS.DISH AREA CEILING TILES HAS FOOD SPLASHES ON THEM, ALSO IN CART CLEANING AREA. IN COOLER WALK-IN THE CEILING NEEDS CLEANING.REMOVE THE SILVER TAPE ON WALL BEHIND THE 1 COMP. SINK IN DISH AREA AND RE-CAULK. AND REPLACE MISSING TILE IN UTILITY MOP /STORAGE AREA.
