OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR BEHIND AND ON LOWER SHELF OF PREP TABLE WHERE THE MICROWAVE IS STORED IN CAFETERRIA. OBSERVED ABOUT 50-60 ANTS ON FLOOR NEXT TO COOKING EQUIPMENT. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 5-7 FRUIT FLIES IN CAFETERIA. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ANTS, FRUIT FLIES, AND ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY.
