OBSERVED THE SIDES OF THE EQUIPMENT IN THE FIRST FLOOR LEVEL FOOD PREP AREA NEAR THE DEEP FRYER WITH A BUILD UP OF GREASE, DIRT AND FOOD DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST AND OR INSEC HARBORING.
