VENTILATION: ROOMS AND EQUIPMENT VENTED AS REQUIRED: PLUMBING: INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED - Comments: FOUND ONE CLOGGED TOILET IN THE GIRLS WASHROOM ON THE THIRD FLOOR; MUST UNCLOG TOILET. FOUND LOOSE FAUCETS FOR THE HOT AND COLD WATER AT THE MIDDLE SINK IN THE BOYS WASHROOM ON THE THIRD FLOOR; TIGHTEN FAUCETS AT MIDDLE SINK. THE LUNCHROOM STAFF WOMENS WASHROOM IS INOPERABLE. TOILET NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE SINK IS LEAKING. ENGINEER HAS IT LOCKED AND STATES THAT REPAIRS ARE SCHEDULED TO BE MADE ON APRIL 6 OR 7 OF THIS YEAR. LUNCHROOM STAFF HAS ACCESS TO A WASHROOM DOWN THE HALL ON THE SAME FLOOR.
