NO SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES,[PAPER TOWELS] IN KITCHEN, AND NO SOAP OR PAPER TOWELS IN WASHROOMS THRU-OUT PREMISES. OBSERVED STUDENTS WALKING OUT OF WASHROOMS WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS, WHEN ASKED THEY STATED, "WE DO NOT WASH OUR HANDS, TEACHER HAS SANITIZER". WHEN I ASKED TWO TEACHERS ABOUT SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS THEY BOTH STATED. "WE ONLY PROVIDE HAND SANITIZER, WE NEVER HAVE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS IN THE WASHROOMS OR TO GIVE TO STUDENTS." INSTRUCTED MUST HAVE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS FOR PROPER HAND WASHING. CITATION ISSUED 7-38-030 CRITICAL.
