ADEQUATE NUMBER, CONVENIENT, ACCESSIBLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED AND INSTALLED - Comments: STUDENT HAND WASHING FACILITIES IN POOR REPAIR. NOTED THE 3RD SINK FROM THE ENTRANCE IN THE 3RD FLOOR BOYS NORTH WASHROOM AND IN THE 1ST FLOOR BOYS SOUTH WASHROOM RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY. ALSO NOTED ALL HANDSINKS IN THE 2ND FLOOR WASHROOMS TURNED OFF DUE TO EXCESSIVE LEAKING AND FLOODING. NOTED THE 1ST AND 3RD SINKS FROM THE ENTRANCE IN THE 1ST FLOOR GIRLS NORTH WASHROOM WITH NO RUNNING WATER AND THE 2ND HAND SINK RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY. ALSO NOTED THE 2ND SINK IN THE 1ST FLOOR BOYS SOUTH WASHROOM RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY AND THE ADA HANDSINK HAS NO RUNNING WATER. MUST MAKE ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS TO ALL STUDENT HAND WASHING FACILITIES AND PROVIDE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER TO SINKS. SERIOUS VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-030
