ANOTHER EMPLOYEE USED THE PHONE WITH GLOVES ON AND CONTINUED PREPPING ALL WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES OR WASHING HANDS. DISCUSSED WITH MANAGEMENT THE NO BARE HAND CONTACT POLICY WITH READY TO EAT FOODS. MUST CHANGE GLOVES AFTER A CHNGE IN TASK OR MOVING FROM ONE AREA TO ANOTHER. PRIORITY VIOLATION CITATION ISSUED 7-38-010.
