ALSO FOUND MOUSE DROPPINGS BEHIND THE FRONT SERVING COUNTER ON THE FLOOR, BEHIND THE TWO DOOR FREEZER IN THE KITCHEN, AT THE BOTTOM AREA OF THE TWO DOOR REACH IN COOLER IN THE KITCHEN, UNDER THE THREE COMP SINK AND BEHIND THE STORAGE HAMPER ACROSS FROM THE SINK ON THE FLOOR, ON THE SIDE OF THE UTILITY SINK AND IN THE CLOSET IN THE DINING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSEPCTION NEXT WEEK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
