ALSO NOTED IS THAT THE SERVICE STATION IS NOT PROTECTED DURING NON-OPERATING FROM INSECTS AND RODENTS DURING NON-OPERATING HOURS AND PERIODS OF INCLEMENT WEATHER. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE PROTECTION. 7-38-005. THE MANAGER REMOVES THE BAR FROM THE PREMISES AND SAYS THEY WILL NOT LONGER USE IT.
