INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT THAT ALL SLOW-CLOSING/SELF-CLOSING FAUCETS MUST PROVIDE A FLOW OF WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS WITHOUT THE NEED TO REACTIVATE THE FAUCET.
