MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS, SEAL ANY OPENINGS FOUND, CLEAN UP ALL SPILLED FOOD MATERIAL FROM FLOORS TO ELIMINATE PEST BREEDING AND REQUEST VISIT FROM PEST CONTROL COMPANY. ALSO FOUND A BUG ZAPPER INSTALLED ON THE WALL IN PRODUCE PREP AREA, MUST REMOVE THIS DEVICE FROM THIS AREA AND PLACE IN ANOTHER SECTION OF THE REAR STORAGE ROOM WHERE THERE IS NO OPEN FOOD. MUST ALSO REPAIR BOTTOMS(ENTRY AND EXIT DOORS 1/4 INCH GAPS) AND CENTER (1/4 INCH GAP) OF EXIT DOORS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-30-020.
