Mgmt was advised to repair/replaced in order to pass inspection.

NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: Found observed all exterior doors of new building not rodent proofed, doors had gaps ranging from 1/4 inch gaps, to 1/2 inch gaps on bottom of doors, missing door strips in 1st floor, 2nd floor exit door had gaps of 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch on bottom , middle of doorin new building. No citation issued due to new school building, and school not in seesion at time of inspection on 8/23/2011, Mgmt. was advised to repair all doors in new building in order to pass inspection.(Supervisor B. Tturkaly Notified).
