OBSERVED SEVERAL BOWLS STORED IN THE HANDWASHING SINK. ALSO OBSERVED THAT THE KITCHEN DESIGN AND PLACEMENT OF THE SINK IN THE CORNER IN BETWEEN THE DEEP FRYER AND WALL DOES NOT ALLOW FOR EASILY ACCESSIBLE USE. MUST REMOVE EQUIPMENT SUCH AS THE DEEP FRYER OR A SECTION OF COUNTERTOP AND STORAGE SHELF TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE USE OF THE HANDWASHING SINK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
