Instructed facility to wash utensil in the three compartment sink with each compartment filled with water and appropriate contents-1 for wash with soap and water, 1 for rinse with only water, and 1 for sanitizing with water and appropriate sanitizer solution. Instructed to comply and maintain. Facility washed in three compartment sink at time of inspection. Critical citation issued 7-38-030.
