ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: OBSERVED HANDWASHING SINK IN EMPLOYEE WASHROOM WITHOUT HOT RUNNING WATER. WHEN THE HOT WATER KNOB IS TURNED ON NOTHING COMES OUT. THE EMPLOYEE WASHROOM IS TAGGED AND "HELD FOR INSPECTION". SAID WASHROOM CAN NOT BE USED UNTIL HOT RUNNING WATER (100F) IS ACCESSIBLE AT HANDWASHING SINK.EMPLOYEE WASHROOM IS INSIDE OF GIRLS WASHROOM (STUDENTS). INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO USE GIRLS WASHROOM AS AN ALTERNATIVE WASHROOM UNTIL TAG IS REMOVED. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CONTACT CDPH AT CDPHFOOD@CITYOFCHICAGO.ORG ONCE HANDWASHING SINK IS MAINTAINED (HOT RUNNING WATER 100F), AT THAT TIME TAG WILL BE REMOVED. PRIOITY. 7-38-030(C).
