REPLACE ALL MISSING AND STAINED CEILING TILS IN ALL AREAS. SEAL ALL OPENINGS IN WALLS AND CEILINGS AROUND PIPE FITTINGS, ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, ALONG BASEBOARDS ETC IN ALL AREAS.
