NOTED ONE EMPLOYEE AT THE GRILL TOAST SOME TORTILLA SHELLS, THEN USE HIS BARE HANDS TO REMOVE SHELLS FROM GRILL AND WRAP IN WAX PAPER. NOTED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE REMOVE TOAST FROM THE TOASTER WITH BARE HANDS AND PLACE ONTO A PLATE. INSTRUCTED THAT EMPLOYEES MUST USE SOME FORM OF BARRIER WHEN HANDLING READY TO EAT FOODS, SUCH AS TONGS, GLOVES, DELI PAPER OR OTHER METHODS. THE EMPLOYEES WASHED THEIR HANDS AND PUT ON CLEAN GLOVES.
