NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OBSERVED MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: 30 ON PALLET WHERE TEQUILA STORED IN STORAGE ROOM, 6 ALONG WALL OF SAME STORAGE ROOM, 3 ON STORAGE SHELF IN STORAGE ROOM BEHIND CASHIERS AREA, 25 INSIDE OF A BOX ON A SHELF IN STORAGE ROOM BEHIND CASHIERS AREA (ALSO ON THIS BOX WERE THREE BAGS OF KNAWED CHEESE POPCORN THAT WAS REMOVED FROM SELLING SHELF), 20 ON FLOOR IN FAR REAR STORAGE ROOM BEHIND COMPRESSOR AND ALONG WALL, 25 ON FLOOR OF FAR REAR STORAGE ROOM BEHIND STORAGE RACKS WITH A DEAD MOUSE UNDER RACK AND 30 OR MORE ON PALLETS AND FLOOR IN SAME ROOM ON EAST WALL. MUST CLEAN AND REMOVE DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. RECOMMENDED HAVING PEST CONTROL SERVICE RETURN FOR A FOLLOW UP VISIT. PEST CONTROL COMPANY ON PREMISES MARCH 8 BUT INDICATED NO EVIDENCE ON HIS REPORT. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020 AND CITATION ISSUED.
