OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 100 MOUSE DROPPPINGS ON THE RETAIL AISLE SHELVES WHERE POTATO CHIPS AND SNACKS ARE STORED AND ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENT AND STORAGE SHELVES IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. ALSO, OBSERVED OVER 200 LIVE FRUIT FLIES IN THE REAR STORAGE AREA INSIDE THE MOP SINK AND IN THE WASHROOM. 10 LIVE HOUSE FLIES WERE ALSO OBSERVED IN THESE AREAS. 20 DRAIN FLIES WERE OBSERVED ON THE WALLS IN THE BASEMENT. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE MOUSE DROPPINGS AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. RODENT AND FLYING INSECT ACTIVITY MUST BE ELIMINATED. MUST RODENT PROOF ALL EXTERIOR DOORS.
