ALSO OBSERVED LIVE FRUIT FLIES, HOUSE FLIES AND DRAIN FLIES IN THE DELI FOOD PREP AREA, WASHROOM AND BASEMENT. APPROXIMATELY 50 LIVE FLIES WERE OBSERVED IN ALL AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
