HAND WASHING FACILITIES: WITH SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES, CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO FOOD PREP AREA - Comments: OBSERVED AN EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE PREP AREA WITH NO PAPER TOWELS AND ANOTHER EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE DISH MACHINE ROOM WITH NO HAND SOAP. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN HAND SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT ALL EXPOSED HAND SINKS FOR ADEQUATE HAND WASHING. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030
