WASTE WATER IS BACKING UP AT THREE COMPARTMENT SINK.INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT A PLUMBER.ITEMS WAS REMOVED, INFORMATION GIVEN ON KEEPING SINK AVAILABLE: WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE. PREMISES SELLS FRESH COFFEE. SERIOUS VIOLATION:7-38-030
