OBSERVED BOTTLES OF WINE AND DRINK MIXES STORED IN THE SAME ICE BIN THAT IS USED TO SERVE CONSUMABLE ICE FOR DRINKS. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO SEPARATE THE CONSUMABLE ICE FROM THE ICE USED TO KEEP THE BOTTLES COLD. MANAGEMENT REMOVED THE ICE FROM THE BIN AND REMOVED THE BOTTLES FROM THE ICE BIN. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.
