SMALL FLIES WERE FOUND MAINLY IN THE REAR DISHWASHING AREA ON THE WALLS AND SHELVES. MICE DROPINGS WERE FOUND THE FLOORS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: UNDER THE MOP SINK, UNDER THE SHELVES IN THE REAR DISHWASHING AREA, IN THE WOMEN'S TOILET ROOM, AND NEAR THE HOT WATER TANK. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE SMALL FLY ACTIVITY AND REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS AND CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
