ALSO OBSERVED NO COLD RUNNING WATER AT HAND WASHING SINK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER A HAND WASHING SINK MAY HAVE MAXIMUM HOT WATER TEMPERATURE OF 120.0F THROUGH A MIXING VALVE OR COMBINATION FAUCET.
