FOUND MOUSE DROPPINGS ON PREMISES IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE THREE COMP SINK, BEHIND COOKING EQUIPMENT, FRONT AREA UNDER PREP TABLES, ON THE FLOOR BY THE FREEZER IN THE DISHWASHING AREA NEAR THE ICE MACHINE AND IN THE REAR STORAGE AREA UNDER AND AROUND SHELVES; MUST CLEAN ALL AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK.
