INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT. OBSERVED A 1/4 OF AN INCH GAP AT REAR EXIT DOOR; MUST RODENT PROOF DOOR TO AVOID RODENT ENTRY. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-020 ISSUED.
