AS I WAS IN LINE TO IDENTIFY MY SELF OBSERVED CERTIFIED FOOD HANDLER HANDLING MONEY AND WITHOUT WASHING HANDS TOOK A PLASTIC GLASS AND SCOOPED ICE IN IT, HIS HAND TOUCHED THE ICE(HE DID IT FOR TWO ORDERS),HE DID NOT USE ICE SCOOP. ICE WAS STORED INSIDE THE ICE BIN AT FRONT LINE. OBSERVED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HANDLING MONEY AND WITHOUT WASHING HANDS PUT ON FOOD GLOVES AND ASSEMBLE READY TO EAT FOOD(EGGS,BREAD,ETC.)INFORMATION GIVEN ON HAND WASHING. INSTRUCTED: USE ICE SCOOP TO SCOOP ICE FROM ICE BIN TO MINIMIZE CONTAMINATION,WASH HANDS PRIOR TO WEAR FOOD GLOVES. CRITICAL VIOLATION:7-38-010(A)
