PREVIOUS SERIOUS VIOLATION CORRECTED, 7-42-090 - Comments: Upon arrival for reinspection found previous serious violation not corrected from report # 2136141, dated 1-29-18: Violation 19- "Observed the outside waste dumpster missing a lid and with another lid damaged. Observed the recycling lid to be worn and warped. Both containers unable to close and remain tight fitting. Instructed facility to correct and maintain." Lakeshore arrived on site at 9:55am with new garbage can lids and installed at time of inspection. Critical violation 7-42-090.
