SEWAGE & WASTE WATER PROPERLY DISPOSED - Comments: OBSERVED WASTE WATER BACKING UP FROM FLOOR DRAIN INTO FOOD PREP AREA WHEN HAND WASHING SINK IS USED FOR AN EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF TIME. INSTRUCTED TO NO LONGER USE SAID HANDWASHING SINK. MUST REPAIR AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY VIOLATION, 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
