ALSO FOUND DEBRI AND GRIME BUILD UP AT THE SAME AREAS STATED ABOVE. MUST REGROUT FLOOR IN FRONT OF THE MOP SINK IN THE REAR AREA SO AS TO BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
