WATER SOURCE: SAFE, HOT & COLD UNDER CITY PRESSURE - Comments: OBSERVED HOT WATER ONLY REACHING 75.2F AT ALL SINKS DURING RE-INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED THAT HOT WATER MUST REACH AND MAINTAIN AT LEAST 110F AT THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND AT LEAST 85F AT THE EXPOSED HAND SINKS AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
