OBSERVERED OPENINGS INTO WALL BY FISH ATNK AT REAROF PREP AREA AND ALSO BEHIND HOT LINE INTO WALL ON OPPOSITE SIDE OF PREP AREA. MUST SEAL TO PREVENT RODENT ENTRY POINTS.OBSERVED LIVE ROACH ACTIVITY IN REAR ENTRY AREA / STAIRWAY, CALL PEST CONTROL CO FOR SERVICE. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-020.
