NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. OBSERVED MOUSE DROPPINGS ON FLOOR AND WINDOW LEDGE TOWARD FRONT OF STORE. DROPPINGS ON FLOOR WERE SEEN UNDER STORAGE SHELVES WHERE CHIPS STORED, LIQUOR AND OTHER ITEMS. MUST CLEAN AND REMOVE, RECOMMENDED SERVICE FROM ANDERSON PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. ALSO MUST RODENT PROOF FRONT ENTRANCE DOORS TO AVOID RODENT ENTRY. DOORS MUST BE TIGHT FITTING AT THE BOTTOM.
