INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL PREPPING EQUIPMENT AND PREP TABLE, PROVIDE LOCKS FOR ALL COOLERS, FREEZERS AND ICE MACHINE. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005(A).
