INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED MICE DROPPINGS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS. APPROXIMATELY 20 TO 30 DROPPINGS ALONG BASEBOARD BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENT AND IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE COOKS LINE. 20 TO 30 DROPPINGS ALONG THE BASEBOARDS AND UNDER THE HAND SINK THROUGHOUT THE UNUSED DISH ROOM THAT IS BEING USED FOR STORAGE. RECENT PEST CONTROL SERVICE REPORT NOTED DROPPINGS IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED AREAS AND IN CLASSROOMS. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A).
