ESTABLISHMENT HAVE THE SANITIZER INSTEAD ON THE EXPOSED HAND SINK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL HAND WASHING FACILITIES MUST BE PROVIDED WITH HAND SOAP AND PAPER TOWEL ALL THE TIMES.
