INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED APPROX. 15 MOUSE DROPPINGS ALONG THE WEST WALL IN THE REAR OF THE 3454 TODDLER ROOM, AS WELL AS APPROX. 15 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE WEST BACK CORNER OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM AND BEHIND THE EMPLOYEE REFRIGERATOR ON THE EAST WALL IN THE MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM. APPROX. 20 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE KITCHEN AREA ON THE NORTH WALL IN THE CREVICE AND BEHIND THE WATER HEATER. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL INFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. CITATION ISSUED. 7-38-020(a).
