PREMISES SETS UP TABLE IN HALLWAY OF ANNEX BUILDING DAILY TO USE AS A SERVING LINE, HANDLING OPEN FOODS AND PLATING MEALS FOR STUDENTS WHO EAT IN CLASSROOMS. NO HANDWASH SINK LOCATED IN THIS AREA. INSTD TO PROVIDE HANDWASH SINK UNDER CITY PLUMBING IN SAME AREA OR PROVIDE ONLY PRE PACKAGED MEALS, OR HAVE STUDENTS OBTAIN MEALS AT SERVICE LINES IN LUNCHROOM IN MAIN BUILDING . A HANDWASH SINK IS REQUIRED IN ANY AREA HANDLING OPEN FOODS, MULTI USE EQUIPMENT, ETC. DURING INSPECTION, PERSON IN CHARGE CONTACTED AREA MGR TO DISCUSS AND CORRECT VIOLATION.
