INSTUCTED MANAGER THAT AN ADEQUATE SUPPLY OF HOT AND COLD WATER UNDER PRESSURE PROPERLY CONNECTED TO THE CITY OF CHICAGO WATER SUPPLY AND DRAIN MUST BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE REAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, INCLUDING ALL HAND SINKS. PRIORITY VIOLATION, 7-38-030(c). CITATION ISSUED. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS IN BATHROOM USING AVAILABLE WATER AND ONCE AGAIN AT A HAND SINK IN PREP AREA PRIOR TO RETURNING TO WORK AND FOOD HANDLING. HOT WATER RESTORED AT TIME OF INSPECTION BY MANAGER. HOT WATER PIPE THAWED OUT AT TIME OF INSPECTION AND WATER OF AT LEAST 100F PROVIDED TO THE HAND WASHING SINK.
