Also observed kitchen exposed hand sink blocked and inaccessible with 2 dish/pizza brushes and 2 pizza scrappers, at time of inspection. Instructed manager that exposed hand sink must be accessible and have soap and paper towels to ensure proper hand washing. Manager corrected violations during inspection. Critical violation #7-38-030
