OBSERVED NO HOT OR COLD RUNNING WATER COMING OUT OF FAUCETS FROM 2ND FLOOR BOYS WASHROOM. WATER TEMPERATURE RANGING BETWEEN 74.5F TO 90.1F. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR HOT WATER AT ALL SINKS OF AT LEAST 100F AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). NO CITATION ISSUED.
